WHEREAS, Yajaira Cristina Bello Serna of Rhode Island has filed a Petition in the Providence Rhode Island Family Court regarding minor Guadalupe Bello Serna, born October 31, 2014 in Colombia, requesting an Order that this minor child has been abandoned and neglected. There is no father listed on Guadalupe Bello Serna's original birth certificate.

Now, therefore, you the said Respondent, Hosman Javier Baldobino, and any potential father of Guadalupe Bello Serna, are hereby summoned to appear, if you shall see fit, before the Family Court to be held in Providence, Rhode Island USA on the 18th day of March 2026 at 9:00AM, then and there to answer said Petition and that your failure to file an Answer to the Petition may result in a default judgment for the relief requested in the Petition.

CONSIDERANDO QUE Yajaira Cristina Bello Serna, de Rhode Island, ha presentado una petición ante el Tribunal de Familia de Providence, Rhode Island, en relación con la menor Guadalupe Bello Serna, nacida el 31 de octubre de 2014 en Colombia, solicitando que se ordene que esta menor se encuentre en estado de abandono y negligencia. No figura el nombre del padre en el certificado de nacimiento original de Guadalupe Bello Serna. Por lo tanto, usted, el demandado, Hosman Javier Baldobino, y cualquier posible padre de Guadalupe Bello Serna, quedan citados a comparecer, si lo consideran oportuno, ante el Tribunal de Familia, que se celebrará en Providence, Rhode Island, EE. UU., el 18 de marzo de 2026 a las 9:00 a. m., para responder a dicha petición, y que su falta de respuesta a la misma podría resultar en una sentencia en rebeldía que apruebe la reparación solicitada en la petición.
